Her situation is that she was tasked with updating the website because it was out of date. Changes were not maybe done for a year or more. She really had no idea where to start or what to do. She just knows that she needs the website updated soon with new information.

Thanks for the call. Yeah, it can seem overwhelming to update a website if you don't quite know where to start or what to do. That's why we offer our services - to help people in your situation.
- Website Maintenance -
We offer Website Maintenance services. This is where you tell us what needs to be done and we take care of the updates for you. This is what you'll want to do if you need updates done right away.
The way we can do this is, you can send us a list of your changes. We'll then quote what it would take to get those changes done.
We might come back and say that all the updates you want done is 4 hours or maybe 6 hours (we'll have to see what you need done, of course). The way we price it is with something we call "Maintenance Blocks." One "block" is a half hour of time. So if it was going to take 4 hours to get everything done, then that would be 8 Maintenance Blocks.
The way Maintenance Blocks work is that they are pre-paid. The more you buy, the bigger discount you get. Our best price (for a 48-pack (24 hours of work) is $37.38 per block (per half hour). If you don't buy blocks, then we simple charge our normal hourly rate of $115 per hour.
