A new version of WordPress is out. This is a features release and it's not required that you upgrade but it's a good idea because the new features they release are usually really good. Feature releases happen once a quarter and there tends to be a followup release which may fix bugs or holes, so it's often times a good idea to wait to do this upgrade.
