Kids Junction is a Christian pre-school on Madison's west side. They needed to get more workers, so they turned to Webstix for help since we've helped them with other websites they have.
We decided to create a website that just focused on pre-school teacher jobs so that it was clear to search engines what the site was about. With a site just dedicated to employment, it's easier to just focus on that topic instead of jobs plus other topics on their other websites.
Our design and programming team set up a site where Kids Junction could easily post new job positions. They can even turn off listings they've previously made when all the positions get filled, then turn on those listings later if positions opened up.
Our SEO (search engine optimization) team got to work on optimizing and promoting the jobs listed, which got the site ranking in search engines like Google for daycare teacher jobs in the area. We continue to work with them on promoting their job postings.
