Joomla 3.9.26 is available and it’s a security release. Since a few security issues and bugs have been resolved, we’re considering this a security fix and we recommend all Joomla website owners have this upgrade done.

• Low Severity - Low Impact - Inadequate filters on module layout settings (affecting Joomla! 3.0.0 through 3.9.25)

• Fix caching issues after rebuilding update sites
• Allow to configure load balancer/reverse proxy setting
• Fix loosing extra query parameter for update sites
• MySQL and MariaDB compatibility fixes
• Fix frontend create article permission
• Update CodeMirror to 5.60.0
• Addional PHP 8 improvment
